1. Fair Recruitment does not charge any advance fees. They are charged only in the case of a successful completion of the recruitment project. There are also no fees related to advertising campaigns, arrangement of interviews, etc.
2. Each employee hired with our assistance comes with a guarantee,the Period of which depends on the level of position and may vary between two and twelve months. In the event of a person employed through our services does not fulfil his duties or resigns from work, we will provide you with a free replacement or reimburse the fees.
3. We observe full discrepancy. All the information provided to us by our clients is distributed only if deemed necessary for the successful completion of a project and are subject to acceptance by the Client
