Selection

The Selection of candidates is adapted to the clients requirements. However, the standard procedure consists of three stages:

1. A Selection of applications based on the Job Description. Based on the Job Description provided by the Client we choose a group of candidates with the highest level of conformance with to the Clients requirements.

2. Professional interview. The standard second stage of selection. While interviewing candidates we check their competences and suitability to the offered position, corporate culture and ascertain their motivation. We also use the chance to identify the candidates salary expectations, availability and any other characteristics required by the Client. As a result, we are able to present a full profile of each candidate chosen by the Client.

3. Reference Check. The final stage of selection. The check has a form of structured interview with direct superiors and/or associates from the previous work places of the chosen candidates. This enables us to verify all the information provided by candidates during the first interview. Thanks to that we are able to learn more about the candidate.
